Students will learn how to make different icing consistencies and frost their cake at our first lesson using the Wilton method. Thereafter, each week the students will bake cupcakes or a cake (their preference) and will learn new skills in order to decorate their baked items which they will take home at the end of each class. Instructor will contact students prior to the first class with a list of required materials.

Want to master the skills needed to create professional chocolates? This course will teach you the basic skills needed to temper chocolate, mold chocolates, make homemade chocolates, dip treats in chocolate, decorate chocolates and create beautiful chocolate trays and baskets. You will also get to sample your creations.

Japanese cooking provides healthful & artistic dining experiences. Learn traditional cuisine & modern Japanese cooking including how to prepare sushi, sukiyaki, tempura, teriyaki, tofu, vegetarian and seafood dishes. New menu each semester. Demonstrations/cooking participation- have dinner in class. Instructor has appeared on CN8 morning show!
Material Fee: Due first night of class approx $65.00-$75.00
